Sushi.

We had enjoyed outstanding sushi in Tokyo, and Christopher knew right where to take us. We thought THOSE places were cheap (1.80 a plate)... well it turns out Kyoto has even cheaper sushi! (100 yen a plate!) The first night Chris took me to sushi-ro. It's a chain with a kaiten (conveyer) and automatic ordering. You punch in the sushi you want and it comes by on the kaiten and a little bell rings. Check it out in this video!
