My Inn.. Guest Inn Kyoto
Here's my little room. I had no idea when I booked it what it would be like. Some of the reviews were not good. But the more recent reviews said it was a great little budget place.
Well, I was super happy with this great room. It's definitely vintage. The building is vertical and the hallway super narrow. Located down a very small little residential side street.
Chris showed me how to work the remotes. I am not sure we needed the heat so I didn't turn it up. But I did open the windows.
Since the futons were taking up so much room, I moved one futon on top of the other. The pillow is traditional buckwheat filled, and that takes some getting used to! The floor is tamaki mats.
The lights dim so you can give it a boudoir feel... And finally to sleep! And to all a good night!

ReplyDeleteOh yes!!!! So happy. He forced me to stay up way later than I wanted but it was worth it. Waiting for him to get here. He had tests this morning.
