The TRIP begins!

Well it all began, as many trips of this type do, with a 4:00am alarm! I got to the airport WAY early, but I had been warned about skimming off the two hour check in time. It's always a bit nervewracking, getting ready to go. Always so much to do and take care of.

But I made the flight to Honolulu just fine and boarded just fine. The service on Delta was great! I had a row to myself... and they served one main meal, two snacks and even ice cream! Not to mention free alcohol. Gotta love flying international. It's always soooo much better than the domestic cattle cars.
 Great movie selections too!
